- Self-diagnosis for fuel reduction is to personally diagnose the amount of fuel reduced at your workplace.
Before using this self-diagnosis, here is the instruction for use.
(①Select fuel, ②Select monthly consumption, ③Present fuel unit price, ④Operating hours ⑤Fuel consumption, ⑥Fuel consumption ratio for hot water, ⑦Monthly operating days, ⑧Computation, ⑨Net cost saving)

Select the fuel of use. |
② Select monthly consumption |
Select how much you consume monthly. |
③ Present fuel unit price |
Input present unit price of the fuel selected above. |
④ Operating hours |
Input daily average operating hours in the blank. |
⑤ Monthly consumption |
Input the fuel consumption from January to December consumed at your workplace in the (monthly consumption before installation) box. Input numbers only without (unit of money). |
⑥ Fuel consumption ratio for hot water |
In the (fuel consumption ratio for hot water), lower 50% to highest 75% is inserted as the fuel consumption for hot water under basic condition during summer, but deduct the fuel rate used in sauna, drying laundry, maintaining temperature of spa, and part of heating excluding for hot water use and insert what is appropriate to the condition of your workplace. |
⑦ Monthly operating days |
The number of operating days is pre-inserted in (monthly operating days) box but input the number of days according to the days of operation by month. |
⑧ Amount of real fuel saved monthly |
A smaller number will be automatically inserted comparing the (fuel saving capacity for 1-month operation) and (expected amount of fuel for hot water) in the (amount of real fuel saved monthly) box. |
⑨ Computation and result |
If you have input according to the order above, the net cost saving on how much fuel cost you can save monthly and in a year at your workplace is shown at the lower right and the amount of fuel consumed for heat pump boiler and existing boiler are compared and the ratio is shown in % at the second line from the bottom, refer to it as your reference. |
If design is well done according to the site condition, you can install and operate 100% only with heat pump system. |
